Q: How do I know which bracelet size to order?

A: The "average" size of a woman's bracelet is 7.5 inches. Most people will feel comfortable with either a 7 inch or an 8 inch bracelet. Unlike other body measurements, wrist size does not change much with weight, so that's why there aren't many sizes listed. Choose a 7 inch bracelet if you are slim or prefer a snug bracelet. Choose an 8 inch bracelet if you need a bit more room, or prefer a looser bracelet. The 6 inch is for children or very slim ladies. Most adults would feel a 6 inch bracelet is too small. If you want to measure your wrist, wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around it (not too tightly). Mark your wrist size on the string/paper, and then measure that length with a ruler. Add 1/2 to 1 inch for your bracelet size.

Q: Do you still have bracelets in stock?
A: Yes, for now... Inventory available is listed in the shop. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I may have to backorder or suspend orders from time to time, while I wait for supplies. Sorry!

Q: I don't have a credit card! Is there another way I can pay?
A: Yes! PayPal will accept bank account transfer or e-check. Please contact me if you need to use PayPal for your order.

Q: Can't I just send you some cash or a personal check?
A: Sorry, no. It's safer for both of us to use Amazon's secure payment system. If you are young and don't have your own account, ask your parents to help you.

Q: Who will see my bank or credit card information?
A: Payments processed through Amazon Payments are secure. I will never receive or have access to your bank account number, credit card number, password, or anything like that.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

A: Probably! If you need to exchange an item, please contact me and tell me what you would like. I'm very friendly and easy to work with (that's what people tell me). I'm happy to exchange new, unworn items.

Q: My bracelet broke! Can you fix it?
A: Yes! Please contact me and let me know what happened. I will work with you to either replace or repair it, possibly for free, depending on the circumstances. I want you to love your bracelet and wear it for a long time!

Q: I don't live in the United States. Can you ship to me? How much will it cost?
A: Yes, I can ship to many countries, by Global Priority mail (a service of the US Postal Service). Postage to Canada is $10.95 US. Postage to all other countries is $12.95 US. Some countries (including Mexico and Brazil) prohibit the import of jewelry. In this case, I will refund your purchase. Postal rates are subject to change without notice. Also, some countries charge an extra tax, fee, or duty on imported goods. These are not shipping fees, but are related to the customs regulations of the government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are outside of the US, please check your local customs fees before placing an order.
